Drummer & Instructor
Over 40 years of playing experience as a successful live and studio drummer. I am currently the drummer with the popular Columbus, OH cover band These Guys Live and frequently fill-in with a number of other local acts as well. Triathlete
Over the last few years I've completed 2 full distance Ironman 140.6 triathlons, including Ironman Chattanooga in 2024; 8 Ironman 70.3 triathlons; and dozens of shorter sprint and olympic distance events.
Marathon Runnner
I've run countless 5k-15k events, dozens of half marathons and 8 full marathons — currently training for multiple events and hoping for a lottery slot in either the Chicago or New York Marathon in 2025.
Avid Cyclist
I enjoy all types of cycling, including road cycling and racing, mountain biking and long-distance bicycle touring.
