Drummer & Instructor
Over 40 years of playing experience as a successful live and studio drummer. I am currently once again the drummer with the popular Columbus, OH cover band These Guys Live. Triathlete
Over the last few years I've completed 7 Ironman 70.3 triathlons and dozens of shorter sprint and olympic distance events. In 2021 I completed my first full distance 140.6 Ironman at Chattanooga. I am an Ironman! In 2022 I focused mostly on sprint and olympic distance events building to a planned return to Ironman Chattanooga in 2023.
Marathon Runnner
I've run countless 5k-15k events, dozens of half marathons and 7 full marathons — currently training for multiple events in 2023.
Avid Cyclist
I enjoy all types of cycling, including road cycling and racing, mountain biking and long-distance bicycle touring.
